Dustin Hice Deletes Twitter Account After Suing CNN Host Don Lemon For Assault

While details are still coming to the surface and a lot about the story is unknown, recent reports seem to indicate that Dustin Hice, a bartender, who worked in The Hamptons, has complained in court that CNN host Don Lemon had assaulted him.

According to the man’s lawsuit, he was a patron at a bar when the incident happened. At some point, he spotted Lemon sitting at the bar and offered to buy him a drink.

Lemon declined and told him that he was just trying to have some time off with his friends. The man immediately backed off and went back to his seat.

At some point, Lemon allegedly walked up to Hice and started touching himself. He then allegedly shoved two fingers under his nose and asked him about his sexual preferences.

The suit said: “Mr. Lemon, who was wearing a pair of shorts, sandals, and a t-shirt, put his hand down the front of his own shorts, and vigorously rubbed his genitalia, removed his hand and shoved his index and middle fingers in Plaintiff’s mustache and under Plaintiff’s nose,”

The man was so taken aback by what happened and has turned to Jesus Christ to help him find solace.

CNN seems to have a different side of the story. According to the network, the man, who bashed them on Twitter, is well known to them, as he has previously tried — and failed — to demand various amounts of money from Lemon.

A CNN spokesperson said in a statement to Mediaite: “The plaintiff in this lawsuit has previously displayed a pattern of contempt for CNN on his social media accounts. This claim follows his unsuccessful threats and demands for an exorbitant amount of money from Don Lemon. Don categorically denies these claims, and this matter does not merit any further comment at this time.”

One person had this reaction to the news: “Worst Journalist of the year, Don Lemon, worst Journalist of the year…I knew they were gonna eventually get him on something. Wow.”

Another commenter stated: “No comment before getting all the details about what happened. People are too quick to make a judgment. There is a process let’s not get in front of it.”

This social media user shared: “I agree, that story is definitely suspect, I don’t see that happeningWhat a bunch of bullshit! I am so sorry, Don!”

Lemon seems unbothered by this for now.
